Deixe repousar cerca de 30 min. Entretanto faça o molho, picando a cebola e o alho miudinho. Junte a carne e o pão previamente demolhado em leite, e pique 10 seg. vel. 7. Bata o molho 20 seg., vel 7. Junte a farinha de uma só vez e programe 20 seg. vel. 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Normalmente faço o dobro da quantidade para congelar.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Recheio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Vou guardando sobras de carne, para tambem se pode fazer com carne já moída.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Moi-a a carne na bimby. De seguida faça um refogado com cebola, alho, azeite, melagueta e tomatada, deixe cozinhar até a cebola alourar. De seguida junte a carne e natas. A quantidade das natas depende da quantidade de carne, mas deve ficar mole.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Estenda a massa e recheie com a carne. Mistura-se o açúcar com os ovos. De seguida junta-se o chocolate, o óleo e de seguida a farinha. Depois de tudo misturarado verifica-se se à ou não necessidade de juntar água ou leite. Deixe refogar um pouco e junte o vinho branco, a melagueta e o sal. Foi assim a inventar...&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1/2 pacote de macarrão&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;3 latas de atum&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 cebola média&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;3 dentes de alho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;azeite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;2 ovos cozidos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;oregãos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;tomatada&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;clural&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;queijo ralado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1/2 pacote de creme de marisco&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Modo de fazer:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Cozer o macarrão em águam temperada com sal;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;numa frigideira colocar um pouco de azeite e saltear a cebola e o alho, de seguida juntar a tomatada, o clural. Dissolver o creme de marisco num pouco de água e juntar, deixar cozinhar um pouco. Logo após juntar o atum previamente escorrido e "desfeito" deixando cozinhar mais um pouquinho. Quando o atum tiver assim como que cozido juntar ao macarrão e polvilhar com queijo ralado e oregãos. Hoje decidi fazer um creme de alho francês, pois já há imenso tempo que não fazia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 cebola média&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;abóbora q.b (facultativo)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1/2 couve-flor &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;2 alhos franceses (só a parte branca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;2 batatas médias (não utilizei)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Modo de fazer: (Bimby)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Colocar todos os ingredientes no copo com 1l de água e sal a gosto. Programar 25 min. temp. varoma, velocidade colher.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;De seguida cortar a parte verde do alho em juliana muito fina e colocar na varoma a cozer ao vapor. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Findo os 23 mim. ralar e juntar o alho preiamente cozido na varoma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sugestão&lt;/strong&gt;: O alho em vez de ser cozido na varoma, pode-se passar em manteiga numa frigedeira e depois juntar, dá um sabor muito bom. É muito simples de fazer e super saborosa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 embalagem de massa quebrada de compra (pode-se também fazer na bimby)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;4 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;raspa e sumo de 1 limão&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;5 colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Modo de Fazer:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Forra-se a tarteira com a massa e fura-se com um garfo para evitar que cresca;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;No copo da bimby mistura-se a raspa do limão, o sumo, as gemas e o leite condensado. Coloca-se a borboleta na bimby e batem-se as claras em castelo bem firme com o açúcar e umas gotas de sumo de limão. As claras são batidas à vel. 3 1/2, temp 37.ºC. De seguida junte o açúcar e o ovo, o chocolate em pó e volte a programar 3min, vel 2. Após esse tempo junto a farinha e o fermento e programe 3 min, vel 4. De seguida programa 2 mim. velocidade espiga. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Depois mete-se na bancada polvilhada com farinha e estica-se com o rolo, corta-se os biscoitos com as formas desejadas e vai ao formo pré-aquecido durante 15 mim. Convém não deixar muito tempo senão os biscoitos ficam muito duros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Se gostarem podem acrescentar raspa de limão, laranja ou canela... ficam sempre bons.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Para a &lt;strong&gt;cobertura&lt;/strong&gt; fiz um glacé real da seguinte forma:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 clara de ovo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;250 gr de açúcar fino (eu moi na bimby)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;gotas de sumo de limão&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bate-se a clara em castelo juntando o açúcar aos poucos e o sumo de limão. Deixa-se arrefecer (eu cozi de véspera)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bate-se as claras em castelo. No caso de não ser feita na bimby leva-se ao lume a levantar fervura. No caso de não ser na bimby amassar os ovos um por um. Coloca-se numa seringa e recheiam.se os eclaires&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Por último faz-se a cobertura levando ao lume 100 gr de chocolate de culinária, 1 caixa de natas e 1 colher de sopa de açúcar. Aqui fica a receita&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Para o bolo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;3 chávenas de açúcar&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 pacote de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;8 ovos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 pacote de cacau em pó&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;3 chávenas e meia de farinha com fermento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;leite q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Bate-se o açúcar com a manteiga até obter uma mistura fina. De seguida misturam-se os ovos um por um, quando a mistura tiver homogenea mistura-se o cacau e de seguida a farinha. Vai ao forno numa forma untada e polvilhada cerca de 1 hora.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Para o recheio:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;250 gr. de açúcar fino&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1/2 pacote de manteiga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;café puro q.b&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Mistura-se o açúcar com a manteiga e vai-se juntando o café aos poucos (não deve ficar muito mole)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Para a cobertura:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;100 gr. de chocolate branco para culinária&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 caixa de natas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 colher de chá de maizena&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;1 colher de sopa de leite&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:130%;"&gt;Leva-se ao lume as natas com o chocolate e quando levantar fervura mitsura-se a maizena previamente dissolvida no leite. E não é que saiu mesmo 5*****&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A receita foi:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;600 grs. de pêra&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;280 grs. de açúcar&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;1 pau de canela (eu optei por canela moida pois era a unica que havia em casa)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Preparação: &lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Coloca-se na cuba por esta ordem e seleciona-se o programas doces e geleias. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0px auto 10px; WIDTH: 276px; DISPLAY: block; HEIGHT: 194px; CURSOR: hand" id="BLOGGER_PHOTO_ID_5404121185738270466" border="0" alt="" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_ZNghB3sr7WI/Sv9Llg8XpwI/AAAAAAAAAmU/fLYmnWdh5DE/s200/Imagem0157.jpg" /&gt; &lt;p&gt;Depois do programa terminar retirei da máquina e passei a varinha mágica, pois cá em casa não gostamos de "trincar" a fruta em doce.
